“The Reserve has been designated as a residential area and operates as a share block with 125 shareholders. Each shareholder possesses a 1-hectare full-title property, thoughtfully positioned within the Reserve to guarantee complete privacy. Notably, there are no commercial lodges within the Reserve. Additionally, the Reserve features access to a 1.2 km grass runway extending from a neighboring farm, along with strategically placed helipads.
