No shortage of excitement!  

 There has certainly been no shortage of excitement in the life of Julian van der Westhuizen! Born a Capetonian, Julian grew up in the Free State province in South Africa in a small country town called Marquard. After matriculating, he relocated to Bloemfontein to further his studies, qualified for his Building
Engineer Diploma. After graduating, he joined the Provincial Public Works Department in an advising capacity for the Government. He was soon to be approached by a leading financial institution which he later joined to become head of their housing and mortgage department, however the financial institution realising his true potential seconded him to Nelspruit in the Mpumalanga Province as their branch manager a position he held for a period of 27 years until retirement in 1994. After retiring Julian simply could not become a "stoep sitter" and soon thereafter qualified for his real estate certificate and started his own real estate company called "Julian's Real Estate". During the early part of 1996 Julian realised the full potential of the Internet and with his vast personal banking and mortgage knowledge together with his then two years practical experience decided to build and create his own property website which was then called www.sarealty.co.za (Now called www.wildlifeproperty.co.za) Julian recalls listing his first and only property onto the Internet, which happened to be a residential property, located in Marloth Park and could not believe his good fortune when two days later a  prospective purchaser from Angola phoned and asked for a contract. Julian also recalls many similar incidents and says you need to build up the following relationship with your clients in order to succeed, however singled out mostly is mutual trust from both sides.
